My name is Arlette; I was born and raised in France where I lived for over 20 years.  I’ve studied and traveled in Canada as well, but Minnesota has been my home for the last 30+ years, where I’ve been an educator and raised a family. 

While teaching French, I’ve organized and lead numerous trips to France & beyond for my students, their families and co-workers as well.  I believe in family time, and at “Bonjour Travel” we provide educational and fun activities for all ages.  We encourage & welcome parents and grandparents to join in, all our tours are usually multi generational unless they take place in the fall, then they’re usually adults only. Building memories across generations is something to be cherished and treasured for years to come.

All our trips include a full-time escort.  All our team members have guided in France & beyond for years.  They will surround you with care and will be there for you 24 hours a day.  Our escort to traveler ratio is usually 1 to 24 or 28 passengers. 

We personalize our trips on a daily basis to help you accomplish what you have planned.  Since we never stay in more than 2 hotels during our escapades, you’ll never have to load and unload your suitcase and board a bus on a daily basis.  You will definitely feel a sense of roots & community as we vacation together.

 We also use high speed trains for long distance travel, just because we want you to experience the journey and the destination like Europeans do.  This is your chance to make connections with the locals: housewives going to market with their children, commuters going to work, travelers going to see aunt Sofia, students from around the globe…this is your chance to be ambassadors for the US.  Enjoy the experiences, and make a positive difference.
